I have sketched what I want
to try and design. It has a lot of movement that I am not sure I can easily
translate into knitting.
The bottom sketch is a
second one I made that is a little more blocky and might be more knittable. I
will see what I can come up with as far as lace patterns that will bring my
idea to life.
I wanted to capture the line
of intense orange fire that contrasts with the dark smoke. I hope it doesn’t
look too halloweenish. I will make a swatch to see how the colors work.
