West Desert Hood

I like the look of this type of hood to use with my natural dyed silk. This pattern is from the Rowan Designer Summer and Winter Knitting.

I think I will pattern a fair isle or honeycomb silk hood similar to this shape. I will have to swatch both stitches. Now to choose a good fair isle pattern that echoes my inspiration of the West Desert.
